New Patient: $75.00 includes appointment, complete assessment, reason for visit, treatment plan, electronic prescriptions (if needed), labs ordered (if needed), medication management (if needed), consultation of healthcare concerns, scheduling of follow-up and invitation to our patient portal for access to messages and results from your Tel-A-Yaya appointment.

Established Patient: $50.00 includes new or follow-up appointment for established patient, assessment and treatment plan (if needed), electronic prescriptions (if needed), interpretation of lab results (if needed), medication management (if needed), consultation of healthcare concerns and scheduling of follow-up appointment (if needed).
